From unique sales-driven promotions in your merchants’ stores to on-site events and strong community relations programs, we’re a full-service shopping center marketing consulting firm with the ideas and expertise to drive traffic and create sales for your merchants.
For the past 22 years we've been designing and implementing marketing programs for more than 125 shopping centers across the United States. We're familiar with all of the challenges your center faces and can provide marketing programs that will get results for your merchants.
Before designing the most results-oriented for your center, we review the trade area's demographics, tenant mix and results from your past marketing efforts. We identify the primary competition, school and community groups, and begin an on-going dialogue with your tenants.
Our experienced marketing team delivers a huge bang for your buck from great graphics to compelling promotions supported by strong marketing rationale designed to drive traffic to your merchants' businesses.
We pride ourselves on our on-going communication with clients and their tenants. In addition to emails, phone calls and memos, we launch a client-specific site where our clients may view the latest updates, status reports, photos and more about current marketing activities at their properties.
